Chu Min—independent director

     Ms. Chu Min, the Han nationality, was born in April 1966. She has a Master degree and has no permanent right of residence abroad.

   From September 1989 to June 1993, she has been a teacher in Yangzhou Institute of Technology. From June 1993 , she has been working in Nanjing University of Finance and Economics. Currently, she is a professor in the Law School of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, master tutor, head of the Civil and Commercial Law Discipline, director of the Academic Committee of the Law School of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, member of the academic Committee of the University, Standing director of Jiangsu Intellectual Property Law Society and independent director of Jiangsu Baoying Rural Commercial Bank Co., LTD.
